Items are refundable within 2-4 weeks. Kay Aura wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase at all times. But we doubt you'll ever want that. As a matter of fact, we're positive!

It depends on the time of year but usually new designs and styles are put in stock within 2-4 months. 

Also, the styles are reflected by the seasons.
